Carefree Rental Program
SunStream knows that owners desire a successful and effortless rental program. Owners have enjoyed the benefits of SunStream’s unique condominium hotel concepts since 1986. Highlights include:
Turnkey Operations
This turnkey rental operation is designed to be effortless for the owner. An owner pays the following expenses directly:
- Mortgage (if any)
- Condominium Dues
- Real Estate Taxes
- Liability & Content Insurance on the Unit
- Annual Refurbishment (if any)
Revenue Distribution: An owner’s net distribution is based upon their share of the revenues collected from guests using their unit, minus unit specific expenses such as electricity, repairs and maintenance, housewares replacement and needed vendor services. SunStream covers other expenses such as guest room amenities, staff payroll, reservation service, marketing, administrative expenses and other expenses related to the operations of a hotel.
Owner’s Personal Use of Unit: Owners may stay in their unit for personal use up to 60 days per year, with a maximum of 30 days during high season months. Owners pay a daily fee (usually $20 per day) during personal days usage, to defray the costs of preparing the reservation and providing housekeeping supplies, checkout cleaning, and other expenses paid by the hotel company. An owner staying in-house receives all of the exceptional services provided to rental guests. |
